Kings Island
Aaron took Maddie to King's Island and she rode all the rides she could. She loved the Fairly Odd Coaster (AKA, The Beastie!) which she rode three times. They were there for about nine hours and didn't get home until after midnight. In her sleepy tired voice she said "Mommy....I rode the big roller coaster!" They both had so much fun. She told me that we would have to go back so that I could ride with her. I can't remember when I rode my first roller coaster, but I"m pretty sure it wasn't at three years old!

Cowgirl
Nonny took Maddie and Brenley to see Blue's Clues at the Civic Theatre on Friday. We didn't have any Blue's related outfits or accessories, so we decided to do a little dressing up in a totally unrelated theme, one that is a perennial favorite--Cowgirl! Why not. Then we took advantage of the pretty day and the pretty flowers and took some pictures. Madeline's posing cracked me up.

Lucy
Welcome, Lucinda Catherine Fisher! Our sweet little red-head was born April 24 at 10:50 a.m. She weighed 7 lbs 14.5 oz and is 20 inches long. We were able to have her at Expectations, in the water, after a very short 3 hours of labor! She is a super chilled-out baby and already goes about 4 hours between feedings at night, so we are getting some rest. Click on the picture to see more of Lucy, Maddie and the rest of us.

False alarms
Well, this is new for me. Overdue, false alarms, wondering if the baby will ever get borned. I'm trying to be patient. No news yet....
